Thank god you're here! The city's mightiest superheroes have solved all the big problems and left - leaving you to answer the Citizens' Calls for Help, no matter the danger (or lack thereof) there may be!
By combining whacky Super cards with sorta-useful Power cards, you'll need to justify to the Citizen and your fellow "heroes" why you should be the one to answer each call.
Winners become the next Citizen, and you keep playing until one hero has won three times! If that's you... congratulations! You've done an ABOVE AVERAGE JOB!
